We are locally owned and operated which means we know our community, its environment and the specific challenges that come along with the ever-changing Vancouver climate. In order to offer the best possible service, we have taken the time to become certified professional installers for some of the top manufacturers in the industry. Such as; Lutron Home Automation, Lutron Automated Blinds, Nest line of products, and NuHeat heating products. Our installation services are always done promptly and safely.
Electrical repairs are always performed by qualified workers. We take pride in our craft and feel the best workers are those that are brought up and trained through our system. Alina Luxury is the luxury products division of Luongo Electric Inc. Being an electrical contractor building custom homes in the lower mainland, there is a need for a single contractor to bring all the automation aspects of your home together. The typical custom build can have input from; Architects, Designers, Contractors, Electricians, A/V Installers, Security Experts, Shading Specialists and Lighting Control Integrators. With all these individual trades all having to coordinate to ensure the home can work flawlessly can be extremely confusing and without absolute perfect communication regarding all minor details, these systems can quickly turn against each other.
This is where Alina Luxury came to be; at a site meeting with all these different contractors, trades and specifiers all having input with not one being able to bring everything together in one cohesive package. Every individual trade had exceptional ideas, but being able to bring everyone together on the same page was proving difficult as we all had to be on the same page from the very beginning. One change in security can greatly affect how we control another aspect of the home.
As licensed Master Electrician, we can wire your home from the ground up or even guide your electrician because we speak the same language.
As licensed security contractors we ensure your alarm and camera system are legal as well as able to offer monitoring services as we have partnered with the leading security contractor Venture 1 security.
As one of the few contractors in the lower mainland fully trained in Lutron’s full host of products, we are certified in all lighting control systems from Caseta to Homeworks, as well as Lutron’s Triathlon and Sivoia QS line of window coverings. Meaning we have you covered on all lighting control, both artificial and natural lighting.
Being certified with URC allows us to integrate the lighting, shades, security and A/V components. This means we can take all aspects of your home and seamlessly bring them all together into one comfortable technology.
